3rd Annual Revere High School Marching Band Invitational

 

Dear Parents,

 

Doc and I would like to thank you for the outstanding job you and your students did to host this event.  The Music Program is one large family and events like this shows that to everyone.  I have had many compliments from directors and parents from other schools on the organization of our show and demeanor of our students and parent volunteers.  Everyone felt very welcome and felt we were very approachable if issues arose.

Dear RMPA,

I want to thank all of the volunteers who helped to make our  Band Contest a successful event last Saturday 10-04-08.  It was only with the help of all of you that this was possible.

 

Please plan on being at the RMPA meeting on Tue, the 7th in the band room at 7:30 PM.  We will go over as much of the results as we can get together and talk about what’s next.  Even though we are not without challenges, this year is rolling along in fine fashion.  What we do is all for the Revere Music Students.  That is our common interest and goal.  With that as our motivator, this year will continue to get better.

Chair Persons & Volunteers,

 

I wanted to thank everyone who helped out with the contest on Saturday.  It went rather smoothly due to such dedicated volunteers.  If you did volunteer for a position, it would be helpful if you could send me any feedback regarding your position (positive or negative) that would help us next year.  I specifically need summaries from chair persons regarding supplies, cost, number of people it took to do the job, etc.
