The events in the calendar are color-coded as shown below.

Navigating the Calendar

• You can view events for a particular category by selecting it in the drop-down box labeled Categories.
• You can obtain details about an event by clicking on it. Once there, clicking on the location will take you to the Bing maps website where you can get customized directions to that location.
• While viewing event details, you can also import that event to your Outlook calendar.
• You can view events by week or as a list by clicking on the respective icons to the right of the Go button.
